The production department uses a fleet of machines consisting of 10 injection presses with a closing force ranging from a minimum of 80 tons up to a maximum of 480 tons.

The machines are equipped with robot manipulators for the extraction of the pieces, conveyor belts for handling the parts and dehumidifiers for the treatment of different types of technopolymers.

The experience acquired in the molding of thermoplastic resins, thermosetting and elastomers and the different materials used (among which we remember: ABS, NY, PA, PMMA, PP, POM, PC, PS, PE, SAN, PU, ​​PET, TPE) allow  Trafiplast srl to be able to offer its collaboration in various sectors: from heating components to lighting, from the food sector to hobby, from mechanics to hydraulics and many others.
