In order to be able to fully satisfy the needs of customers, Trafiplast srl offers its know-how for the construction of the molds and equipment necessary for the realization of the project, paying particular attention to detail.

Our workshop is equipped with CNC machines with 3 and 4 controlled axes (cutters, DeckelMaho machining centers and EDM) assisted by 2D and 3D CAD stations for the design and 3D CAM for the generation of the work program, supported by the operational experience  of specialized personnel and other equipment that allow the creation of molds up to a maximum of 800 × 500 mm.

At our headquarters, our operators also carry out a daily assistance and maintenance service of the molds we have, in order to always guarantee the continuity of quality and compliance with deliveries.
